General Shipping Information

At Happy Pawz, we place great importance on ensuring your order arrives safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. Our shipping partners are carefully selected to guarantee smooth delivery.

Shipping Area

We ship worldwide. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Germany & EU: approx. 5–10 business days

  • International deliveries: approx. 7–10 business days

Please note: In some cases – e.g., due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays with the shipping provider – delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout before you complete your purchase. Any duties, taxes, or fees for international deliveries must be covered by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if provided by the shipping provider).

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect from the parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge the costs for reshipment.
