A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OMNII LIMITED, Unit B6, 12th Floor, Wing Wah Building, No. 677 King‘s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, Email: happypawzlimite@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Notes
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please do not send goods back to us freight collect (unpaid).
- Please note that the above points (1–2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
